About Me

Hi there! I’m Samantha Bell – your World’s Miss Tourism 2026, proud rescue pet advocate, and someone who believes in showing up with heart (and maybe a little bit of sparkle ✨) wherever I go.

At 23, I earned my Master’s degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Law Enforcement from Grand Canyon University, after completing my Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice & Forensic Psychology there, too. My journey has been a blend of service, leadership, and compassion, and now I’m honored to represent the Miss Tourism organization on a global stage.

But behind the crown, I’m just a girl who can’t walk past a shelter without stopping to say hello. My platform centers around pet rescue and adoption, because I’ve seen firsthand how love transforms lives. (Just ask my sassy rescue cat, Kitty, or Brandon, our once “feral” cuddle bug.)

Through my reign, I’m committed to promoting kindness, supporting shelters, and sharing stories that matter – from abandoned pets who found forever homes to communities that are changing lives every day.
